As I coach executives on their next career step, insight into how work affects our very self-definition becomes critical. Our coaching spends time in its first stage in finding ways to build an “interim work self concept” and a long-term approach to building career resilience.
In a similar way, Michael Baroff’s Program, The Inner Work of Work, examines how our work identity is central to our “life” identity. Michael’s program will give anyone a head start on doing self-reflection and building resilience. He offers it as a virtual learning program hrough the Entheos Academy. I highly recommend it.
The course, “Inner Work of Work: Integrating What You Do with Who You Are“, is comprised of four 90-minute audio sessions. The “live” program will be delivered on Tuesdays September 18 and 25 and October 2 and 9 at 5:00 PM Pacific Time. The recorded sessions will be available the following day (and thereafter) for download onto a computer or MP3 player. Each session will include presentation, discussion and exercises.
The cost of the program is $100. For those whose budget is tight, there is a “pick your price” option of $50 or $25 (displayed after you click “Enroll”).
